The problem
The company trains its own interns and junior staff. The know-how was there, but it sat in slides, shared folders, and people's heads. Every new group needed the basics explained again. The same team leads stopped their own work to do it.
Nobody could see who had finished what, or where someone was stuck. Marking written answers took time the leads did not have. And there was no clear way to say: this person is trained.

Course builder for team leads
Leads build courses from modules, video, slides, and files, then publish them on their own.
Quizzes and assignments
Any lesson can include a quiz or an assignment. Results are saved for each learner.
Progress for every learner
Leads see who finished what and who has stalled, by course or by person.
Completion certificates
Learners who pass earn a certificate. It sits on their profile, and they can share it.
Discussion inside each course
Each course has its own threads, so questions stay next to the lesson.
How AI helps
Lessons drafted from existing docs
A lead uploads the docs and slides the company already has. The AI drafts lessons and quiz questions for the lead to edit.
A tutor that answers from the course
Learners ask the way they would ask a colleague. Each answer comes from the course and links to its lesson.
Marking help for written answers
The AI suggests a mark and feedback. A lead approves or changes it before the learner sees it.
